As I have a dog now, I would really like to add a porch to the front of the house, more as a safety thing, so she can't dash out if one of the kids leaves the door ajar.
We are constrained by having a shared access drive which my front door opens onto..so need a slim (depth wise) porch..would like enclosed and preferably wood.
I did look at PVC but had a local quote which was absolutely ridiculous for what it was, and not very attractive, so would much rather go with oak. I have seen some that come in kit, self build form, but if anyone has any recommendations for someone who can build me a wooden porch.. please share (either Oxfordshire area or similar)
