How much effort for viewings

For background, selling house for 4 months now, had two buyers drop out. Recently viewings are tapering off but still getting the odd ones coming through.

I have another one for next week and, quite frankly, I just can't be bothered to make any effort for it! The house isn't dirty or untidy, or anything like that, but I've been living in 'showhome' mode for a while when I had the photos taken - decluttered and put everything in boxes out the way. I normally make a bit of extra effort to hoover and clean etc the night before but I just think I can't be bothered for yet another viewing that probably won't go anywhere.

Am I overthinking it? Does it really matter so much if I don't make that extra bit of effort? Like I say, the house is still fairly tidy and I do weekly chores anyway, so it's not filthy. Just thinking maybe I shouldn't bother too much and people take it as they find it!

You bet one chance to make an impression

I remember the bath in our house being really shiny! Small things make a difference to the feel of the house
