How to find a good mortgage broker?

I've got accounts for the last 6 months and need to borrow less than I will take home in a year.

Want to move in November rather than march next year and need about 60k, this is less than my earnings after tax.

Do you think anyone will be able to find me a mortgage?

On one hand it's a tiny mortgage that even on nmw I could pay, but my bank won't lend to me.

I used www.embracefs.co.uk earlier this year.

Couldn't fault them. They take a commission from the mortgage provider not directly
From you.

They were soo helpful and found me a great deal.

I'd give them a try.

Our mortgage broker is excellent. He was recommended to me on here 4 years ago when we had a mortgage application declined. He sorted things out for us in a timely fashion so we didn't lose the house we were trying to buy. We've used him several times since, and he's been great each time. He's lovely and extremely knowledgeable about the products on the market and which lenders will suit your circumstances. PM me if you want his details.

Fox Davidson did ours in a weird situation and they were great, very polite and efficient!
