Great Surveyors not answering emails or calls...

Despite taking payment and apparently doing completing the survey 😞. Dh emailed asking if the survey report was ready as we were initially told 10 working days. Dh checked her out online and she is a member of RICs etc but now I’ve goggled he myself I’ve read she has form for not replying!! Anyone know what we can do?? Even if we receive survey now I don’t feel she is reliable or trustworthy 😞

Having similar issues.
Paid for survey but haven't heard anything regarding when it's likely to be done. I've emailed twice to chase it up.

We had same situation with EA's not calling us back to arrange viewings on prospective properties we were looking at.

Very unprofessional and rather annoying.
