What is aberfeldy like to stay moving there from bute is there any rough areas

We thought long and hard about moving there for a while. It's a lovely town. It has all the shops and amenities you need and good schools i believe. The community has quite a lot of incomers. It has a little independent cinema, lovely coffee shops, a great book shop and fantastic countryside around. Pitlochry isn't far away, and there is a theatre there and a train station .
I am not sure about rough bits, there are some ex council houses in parts of the town, but in general it seems a really safe lovely place to live. I don't think there is much crime.
The only problem is it is a bit of a way to get on a main road and in the Winter the weather can cause issues.
Job wise, many people run their own businesses or work from home.
