We are planning a rewire (oh the fun) we have an electrician friend who will do the wiring for us but we need to get the walls chased ready, my partner is happy to give it a go but our friend advised there are contractors out there that just do chasing, he thinks it could cost as little as £300 for our 3 bed semi but I think hes being a bit too optimistic. So I wondered has anyone paid someone just for chasing out the walls and how much it was?
