Building work in wallington

Hi. I Am looking at having a garage rebuilt and a utility room put on the back.
Then I also want to make the kitchen and dinning room open plan needs a bit of steel work.
Can anyone recommend any builders/architect that work together. Please can you let me know if you have used them yourself.

We're in Sutton.Recently, we looked at doing a complicated loft conversion but the architect (very experienced local one) basically does the drawings and then gives the project to tender to several builders. If the architect supervises/takes responsibility, they'll do so for quite a few k.

We had some other works done and the builder just sorted everything out. It sounds like that might be sufficient for your project?

DH has better memory. We had the work done by Jamie and his team from walkerbuild.co.uk He's really switched on and did a good job.
