Was hoping someone would be able to offer me an insight in what happens at the home visit for a tenancy renewal with a HA.
We are in our final year or our 7 year tenancy and have a home meeting to review our renewal request.
My husband and I both work and aren’t in any rent arrears.
We have been asked to fill out a financial form of all our in goings and out goings which I’ve done but do they require any documentation if we pay our rent ourselves and aren’t in arrears?
Any advice of previous experiences would be greatly appreciated.
