I bought a house through a company called Heylo. They are the freeholders but I own 2/3 of the property as a leaseholder. I rent the other third.
The company is a bit... questionable... and they've had their ups and downs in reviews.
I'm worried that if they were to go bust, they'd take me down with them. Consequently, I think I need some sort of indemnity insurance but I don't know where to start with it.
The solicitors I used for the house sale were absolutely awful and I'm going to file an official complaint about their appalling service, so they're no help.
Any ideas where I go with this, please?
