Has anyone had experience of using them, we have an appointment booked with them and wondered what experiences people have had? Also looking at two local companies.

Expensive. We saved money going with a local company who provided a bespoke service. We needed some minor building work done at the same time and MWF said if we wanted them to sort it we'd have to pay for their builders to come and stay locally. Their kitchens are beautiful though but I think we got a great product with the firm we went with (and they sourced all the builders).
