The past cheaper sale prices were because it was apparently derelict. The owner says in an article he spent 3.5 million doing it up (although he’s not the most credible witness bearing in mind the fraud allegations).

I could get on board with a library (my dream house would contain a library with one of those ladders on wheels/runners) but that sand room is my worst nightmare. I cannot cope with sand on my feet.

Sand would get everywhere. I actually think the bathroom is quite snazzy and fancy.

The best thing about the inside of that house is the massive aquarium on the 'beach'.

But why two baths in the same bathroom? WHY???
