I've been looking for 18 months at least. After being outbid so many times and looinng at countless unsuitable ones, it's finally got to offer accepted stage!!!

Im excited but also now nervous. All the negative 'What ifs' are all buzzing through my head!!

Can I ask them to take it off the market now and not show anyone else round? Is it normal to feel worried it might not be the right one afterall!??

Maybe I just need some reassuring voices that this is normal!?? Im buying on my own as single parent so no one to bounce thoughts off over bank holiday!! 😂

Completely normal to feel nervous, you've got several months of this ahead.

You can ask them to take it off the market now, from my experience they will only pull it from the market when you show signs of financial commitment (like a survey being done etc..)

I've always made offers conditional on taking it off the market, so ask without hesitation!
