Hi all, I've been placed in the top 5 for a 2 bed house. They won't tell me what position I've actually come but I've just noticed that the property has a wetroom - does this mean they'll specifically find someone needing that facility to occupy the house? So the bidding was just a waste of time really? Thanks

You will need to meet requirements to be considered so if people bidding against you need a wet room they will have priority based on need.

People with a medical need for a wetroom will take priority, but if none of them have bid on it and you meet the criteria then you could still be offered it.
