Cost of damp issue

I am buying a ground floor flat and the survey has shown a damp issue on the floor behind the shower, does anyone know if the cost of sorting this out this would be approximately in the hundreds or thousands of pounds?

It might be just a sealant problem - low hundreds of pounds or the whole shower might have to come out, tiles around lifted, gulley checked etc so that might cost 1K+. Can you get a plumber in to give a quote?
