Choosing worktop for Luca kitchen in Alabaster

My new DIY kitchen is arriving in a few weeks and I'm having a wobble about what worktop to choose.

We've got a rustic oak LVT floor so I've been steering away from wood effect worktops (and I have 2 young children so won't go for real wood as it'll be destroyed!) but am not sure what to go for. I've got an off white composite sink, and was thinking of the Egger cosmic white worktop but am worried it's too pale for the creaminess of the alabaster units.

If anyone else has had a similar kitchen, what worktop did you choose? Sadly the budget will only stretch to laminate...

I'm going to be having a LVT wood effect floor and sage or alabaster units, I'm going for a wood effect laminate worktop - I want to match the colour of the floor as far as possible.

On I like that silkpashmina !
I was coming on to say about adding something warm like that too, but you beat me to it !

Thank you! I'll ask for a sample - it's not one I'd have picked out online as it looks dark on my screen, but we're going for quite stone toned paint so looks promising!
