No aerial point, so?

Please can you tell me:

We have an aerial point in the living room for the TV in the living room. In the next room is no aerial point. Can we watch a TV in the next room by plugging a long aerial cable plugged into the living room point?

If so, is there a 'dual' point we can plug into the aerial socket so we can run 2 TVs of that one point?

Would that even work?

In theory yes, but you might need a signal booster to cope with you splitting the signal from one to two destinations.
