Neighbours throwing slugs

Hello all,
So my grandma has just messaged me for some advice and I'm not sure of what to say. Recently she has noticed an abundance of slugs on her patio each morning which she thought was weird, but then one day she saw her neighbour throwing slugs over her fence from their garden! When she confronted the neighbour she said it was just leaves but my grandma has seen her going around and collecting slugs in a pot - the problem is that she has not actually seen her throwing them over the fence. She knows the neighbours do throw things as they used to throw their dog poo over the fence into another neighbours garden.
Anyway, she woke up this morning to find 21 slugs in a pile on her patio quite obviously thrown over from the neighbours garden as some were dead in a heap. She doesn't know what to do as she thinks confronting them won't help as they aren't the nicest of people.
Just looking for some advice really.... if she caught them on camera doing it can she do anything with that?

Yep, I agree with EvilPostbox. Throw them back and they’ll surely stop.

Chuck them back together with any more your grandma can find in her garden. So if they chuck over 20 send back 40. They will get the message.

Think she is thinking that if she throws them back then she's just as bad as them!

Innocently write the neighbour a note to ask if she's had a plague of slugs 'dropped by birds' onto her patio every day?

Send a letter recorded delivery saying you're introducing a slug disposal charge of 5 pounds a slug. Then get CCTV and send them an invoice every week. If they don't pay raise a small claims court case you can do it online.
Not sure if it would work, but worth a try

I would get CCTV, film them doing it, then I suggest someone go round with the footage.

You can get cctv they links to your phone now so really easy to do

fly tipping slugs

You go round and say with a serious face that your gran slipped on a pile of slugs and is very badly injured. Shake your head solemnly and say 'Hospital have told us to get police involved so someone might pop round just to see if you know anything.'
