Architect in the House Scheme?

Anyone know if this scheme exists anymore?
(Architects would come and give a quick consultation for a donation the homeless charity Shelter.)

If not, are there any other schemes like that running?
I have half an idea to get a small extension on my house, but not for a year or so, would like a quick consultation/site visit to get an idea of what was possible and ball-park figure.

I don't think it is, about 3 years ago when we were buying our house we contacted an architect off the website but he said it wasn't. He did however come out for a short chat with us, and was truly lovely and said most architects would normally be happy to have an initial free chat. We gave a donation to Shelter anyway as he was so kind to offer us 30 min of his time. Maybe worth contacting someone off the list anyway?
