Next XL sofas

Looking at new sofas to replace 15 year ones. Like some in Next. For the XL ones (2.5m long ish) it says they are 'split' to aid delivery. From Web images looks like its straight down the middle so there is a line vertically under the seat cushions in the middle if you see what I mean. Does anyone have one? Does it look OK?

Yes we have the chesterfield style xl from Next. It's great and can easily fit 4/5 people. The parting has never bothered us as I have cushions over the back when no one is sat down anyway and when we moved house last year, it certainly made it nice and easy to move.
It doesn't shift either which was my only concern.
Not the best photo but this is the sofa and the armchair is in the background to give an idea of size. We also have the snuggle chair for it which is great too. Never had any problem with all the sofas from them

Does he inconvenience you terribly in other ways? Perhaps you've parented him enough and would like to have him adopted by a nice wine drinker with lots of carpets? Just for a couple of years, you understand...
