This is probably a how long's a piece of string kind of question, but I was hoping someone might have done something similar recently and could give me a ball park figure.
DH are hoping to put an offer in a house, but we would like to add a small (3.5mx3.5m ish) extension to the rear, as well as removing a partition wall between the kitchen and dining room. We don't want a conservatory as the purpose of the room will be a playroom for DS so we need it to be usable all year round. We like the idea of having a garden room with big windows but also a proper brick structure with a proper roof too.
Has anyone else had something similar done recently and be willing to share an approximate cost? We're in SW England if that makes a difference.
