Hi, we are looking at renting the house out which we are currently living in and buying another house. Natwest have advised me i dont need to change the mortgage over to a buy to let i just need to flll in a permission to let form. I am just wondering will i have to pay more stamp duty on the house we are buying for £285000?

As far as I know you will as this will be a second home.
