Halifax mortgage process

Is anyone aware of their process? Do they do lots of pre-checks before valuation? How long after valuation do they issue offer? Thanks

We have Remortgaged with Halifax this week. Super quick and made the decision in 2 days. Including credit check and organising a surveyor.
