Second buyer has pulled out!

Just as the title really. First buyer pulled out after worry about chain. Got another buyer within a week.

Second buyer has now pulled out as decided it's not quite the right house for them after all (despite having seen the house 3 times - it hasn't shapeshifted).

Completely fed up, is it too much to want a decent, committed buyer?

I swear once I move I'm never moving again...

Thank you. Feeling a little more cheerful than I was earlier though that may be due to a very large glass of red wine (and a lot of very bad language cursing the buyers!)

It's better, true, I haven't lost much in terms of solicitors fees, but now worrying that with Brexit and summer holidays nothing is going to happen while everyone plays wait and see.

House isn't overpriced compared to sold/what else is on offer, both times they offered full asking price - I've priced to sell, without giving it away!

Fingers crossed someone else sees it and decides it's for them and actually sees it through...

So sorry @RedWineForMePlease, had the same happen to me this week it absolutely sucks balls, doesn't it? Fingers crossed we both find a decent buyer soon.

Same has happened to me this week! I hate our system!

It sucks, particularly if it affects your onward purchase. We have concerns about our onward purchase but if we pull out will lose our buyer too and be back to square 1. This whole process sucks and was much easier when we were first time buyers.
