Hello. Can anyone please share how much this would cost roughly?
30s end of terraced house in South London.
- Converge utility room(4X2m) into a integrated space with other spaces in ground floor (currently a makeshift structure with floor)
- Demolish 4m wall between kitchen and dining room
- Move Kitchen to current utility room space (new kitchen units)
- Install a small toilet under staircase
- Integrate separate bathroom/toilet on the first floor (new units to be installed)
For quality of Kitchen/Bathroom, I am happy with IKEA quality.
I am struggling on especially no 1 item - conversion of utility room.
Also how long would these take? Thanks for any inputs in advance!
