New build house with woodlouse infestation

moved into a new build house 3 months ago, and every day I’ve been finding woodlouse indoors, sometimes one a day, but on occasions multiple, only after finding 7 in the space of 10 minutes. I know they aren’t harmful, but I don’t want them in my home!!
Also outside at the back of the house the wall seems to have a few inches of green algae/damp a few inches up the wall, which I’ve been spraying with hypochlorite to kill off.
I contacted my developer about the green on the walls and he said that was just something that was going to be there but it wouldn’t go past the waterproof membrane so no need to worry.
But I’ve also been noticing there’s a gap under my skirting and a small greenish/powdery seeping from underneath which I’ve had to keep running away, and since I’ve used the hypochlorite outside it seen toe be black instead of green?!?

I’m sure these are bound to be related and I feel like the woodlouse are coming in through the walls because I’ve never found any coming down a window or on a window sill, always along the edges of the walls.

What are my rights in getting this looked at and getting it fixed? And does anyone have any advise on how to fix it? Also due a baby in 4 days and this is definitely not what I want Sad

Presence of woodlice could indicate damp conditions - as a first step maybe get your doors and windows open and ventilate as much as you can?

If it's really bad, you can likely involve pest control - speak to your council about this.

However it does sound like there is some dampness coming through so it would be worth following that up with a damp specialist (if your developer is dismissing this).

Good luck and try not to worry! Congrats on your baby Smile
