Has anyone used Dudley Building Society before? They do everything manually so it all takes a bit longer than usual! Our application is with the underwriters, does anyone know how much longer it might take from now? Are we nearly at the end? 😂

They dont give any turn around times on their website, but they only havr less than a hand full of under writers.

Once your application has passed under writing then you need to wait for a valuation, then valuation to be assessed and approved.

Thank you, they asked for a couple more bits last week then said if they were satisfied then would do the valuation. So hopefully not too much longer 🤞🏻
