Thoughts/experiences please, has anyone extended and wished they'd moved, or moved but wished they'd extended?
As a bit of background, we're in a two bed but need a three bed, we also need a bigger kitchen as no dining area currently. We really like the area we're in and want to stay within our postcode as our children go to local school/nursery.
There have been a few houses we've viewed and loved within our area but havent been in an proceedable position to offer. Our house has been on the market 9+ months, we had a buyer but they've recently pulled out.
We're now considering instead taking the house off the market, extending the kitchen to a kitchen diner and converting the loft into a third bedroom which is possible with a gable end.
We're so torn on which would be the easier option! I know it's for us to decide but we've gone into this blindly so would appreciate an outsiders thoughts!
