Bathrooms

We’re having a new shower room installed upstairs. Should we keep the old bathroom (with bath) downstairs? I’d rather convert it to downstairs toilet and utility.
The house is very small and doesn’t need two bathrooms but we are aware that lack of a bath puts buyers off.

It would put me off. Is there no way of having a bath upstairs or stacking your washing machine and dryer downstairs to accommodate a bath?

It would put me off. I wouldn't buy a house without a bath. Not unless I had he funds and could have the bathroom redone immediately. People with young children also need a bath.

It would put me off because I love baths. If you can leave the bath do. If not then don’t live your life for some unknown buyer at some unknown point in an unknown future !
