Completed on my house today. I've bought it from my landlord. Can't believe I've actually bought in the area I wanted. As it's overpriced due to the location.

It’s not overpriced - location is a main factor in a property’s value. Any property is worth what someone has paid for it so don’t feel hard done by. And at least you saved on moving costs!

@Pipandmum it's worth paying a bit extra for the location. 20 minutes walk to city centre, local country park and 15 minutes walk to work. Can't get a better location!
