God that is a crappy flat. Looks like the square footage for a decent one bed/studio squeezed into a 2 bed format. I’ve been in hotels with better kitchenettes !

I love Haslemere, seems like a good value property the newest one. Can't see anything wrong with the one that's been on since 2014, I wonder why it's been on for so long!

Oldest has been on the market since 2010! Doesn't look that bad, probably overpriced for a 1-bed but after 9 years....

I have opened the thread to say that the oldest listed property near me was built in 1360 or thereabouts. I realise that’s not what you’re asking OP!
