How easy is it to put up bamboo flat screen on old fence?

Neighbours fence panels are starting to bend that doesn’t feel much privacy so I’m looking to put a bamboo Screen up, about 3m length and 1.8m high, the fence belongs to them. Hoe easy would it be.
I’m tempted with just mesh over it and staple in but looks tacky then.

I used wire to put up a bamboo screen on a very old fence. Bit fiddly, but I used that green garden wire (which you can snip with scissors) and just twisted it through to the back onto the old fence where I could.

We looked at this and it was cheaper to replace the fence panels.
