Cosey Homes homebuyers survey

Has anyone used this company for a survey when buying a house? If so, would you recommend?

I have never heard of Cosey Homes, however when we moved recently we found our surveyor through the RICS. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
They are the professional body for surveyors and their weby net site can be searched for suitably qualified professionals by both area and qualifications.

I also found another company who are quoting a lot cheaper but there's mixed reviews online... I don't know who to use! I'm new to all this, quite obviously

It seems like you have covered yourself as much as I can suggest other than ringing various estate agents and asking if they recommend someone and why?
We ended up ringing round a few RICS possibles and opted for the one we hoped would be best.
The house still stands after 18 months so perhaps we got it right.

Yes, we did. Process was fine but the report took ages to come if I remember had to chase a lot. But I think a lot depends on the individual surveyor
