Best part of Brighton / Hove to live in?

I realise that’s a tricky question! But what’s the best neighbourhood in Brighton / Hove for a family?

My budget is very healthy, so should probably be fine anywhere.

Looking for a strong sense of community and friendliness and somewhere very lovely. I’ve done up-and-coming most my london life so done with that now . Looking for up-and-came places!

Oh - and a decent garden is a must. I’ve noticed most places don’t seem to have any gardens/patio gardens? Maybe those particular neighbourhoods I’ve been looking st on rightmove?
