Or got a resolution via ADR? We’re just on the point of doing this and want to know how that worked for you. Is it worth it to get things done properly? My fury at the bare-faced cheek, disregard for the law and utter lack of customer service is what’s stoking my indignation and resolve, how did you make them fix a bad job?

Anyone? Any tips on what we should do?

What has gone wrong?

It’s quite outing to be specific but essentially for one specific but major element of the extension they haven’t built what we approved. We have drawings and photographs to show it but the builders deny there’s anything wrong. It’s been 2 months of arguing, we need to move on as we’re running out of time this year to get this finished for Christmas (and we started in February!).
