I got my newish combi boiler serviced in January and a few weeks back got an email from the company (local firm I purchase it from) informing me that my boiler is due a service blah blah safety blah blah warranty. So I checked when they were over last time and emailed back saying there must be a mistake because I had it done in January. Didn't get a response to that.
And now there's another email with the same wording informing me it's due a service next month.
Do you think they're they taking the piss? I was of the impression that boilers only need serviced once a year.
