Extension ideas for back of period house to put in utility and bigger kitchen

What would you do with this house? it's two of us mostly but we have a lot of family round for entertaining and we have plans for the garden so don't want to lose too much garden.

The conservatory is probably going to go to be changed into a room.

We'd ideally like a separate utility room and a bigger kitchen and access to the garden - organgery or bifold doors or patio doors.

  1. Pondering whether to knock through to dining room and have one big kitchen diner and use the existing kitchen as a utility/downstairs loo.

But that seems a waste of the potential for a garden view.

  1. knock through kitchen and conservatory - putting in new room and using the L shaped space. And putting the utility in a new small extension to the left of where the kitchen is now.

  2. Extend out into garden in a L shape by the garden wall.

Any ideas?

Not sure of the room sizes so this is my best guess!

Make your living room into your kitchen. Knock through the back, put a small extension with sky lights/roof latern on the back next to the kitchen and put in bifolds/french doors to the garden. Knock a door through to the existing kitchen and make that your utility/wc- if you put an external door on it could be a boot room too.

Then knock through the snug/dining to make into a large reception room (if you want).
