In April builder said he could start extension beginning of June although no actual date set. He confirmed mid May that he was still working to this schedule
End of May once we had structural calcs done he then said start date will be 22nd July. A bit miffed but on the whole fine with this.
A week before start date he asked to extend by another week and today he is now saying end of August.
What should I do? Wait and accept this is as a teething problem? or go for another builder? It will be longer to find and commission another builder (we all know how rubbish builders are at even giving quotes) but now I'm wondering how reliable this builder will be. I follow him on social media and he seems to have a good relationship with his clients. Feeling a little frustrated and dissapointed
