We had a replacement shower pump for our ensuite shower fitted 4 months ago. The plumber we used supplied and installed a Salamander brand. Everything was working well until the last couple of days when the shower pump hasn’t been kicking in for up to a minute after the shower is turned on. Once it comes on, it works normally, sounds the same etc It’s just the delayed start.
I will get in touch with the original plumber on Monday but wanted to know whether this is likely to be a simple issue and whether it is fine to keep using the shower in the meantime.
Any thoughts welcomed.
