Filling holes in an old wooden door

I have an old Victorian internal door and am hoping to get a joiner to fit it for me. Unfortunately one side has three small holes in it where someone must have screwed a clothes hook. Is there any way of filling these holes in an aesthetically pleasing way? It’s a wooden door and I don’t want to paint or varnish it, because the wood looks lovely as it is. Thanks!

You can buy a wood filler, it’s a tan colour. Depends on the colour of the door, it might not be that noticeable x

wood filler comes in several different colours so you can choose the closest.
