we’re sanding our original 1900s pine floorboards in our bedroom and they’re coming up really nicely. Wanting to finish with a whitewash and seal but after reading so many tutorials I’m very confused! Is it best to use a white oil or just water down water based paint? This is the look I’m going for- really want to see the grain of the wood
