Eden park

Can you please provide your honest opinion on Eden park area ? DH and me have made an offer and don't know much about the area. I have been panicking since the offer has been accepted. We are a young couple in late 20's . We enjoy going out and have a active social life . Eden park looks quite and we are not too sure

@SevenDegreesSouth Eden Park is lovely, has a nice pub with live music, also a another bar fleurs, some really good coffee shops & a couple of really good restaurants, these are all by the roundabout/green at Eden Park, also you are only a few minutes away from Beckenham that has more bars & restaurants than you can shake a stick at, West Wickham is also not far & again has a few really good restaurants.
Also transport links are good & very easy to get into central London.

Thanks for responding . DH and me withdrew our offer today . We did like the area when we walked around but didn't know enough to make a decision . We will definitely spend more time before viewing more properties . Thanks
