Thinking of moving to Pentire Road what’s it like?

Hello

We’re thinking of buying a house on Pentire Road but we don’t know the area.

What’s it like? We currently live in Leyton so we are used to the odd stabbing but are hoping to move to a leakier nice area. We like how close the toad is to the forest. Are there any cafes close by?
No kids so schools not an issue for us.

Is there another part of Walthamstow / Highams park you would recommend
