Hi there, long time lurker but finally posting... mostly because I'm feeling a bit annoyed.
Yep, buyer has pulled out. Accepted proceedable offer after only a few weeks on market so was really happy, had found a nice house to buy a couple of weeks ago but now buyer has decided to pull out and nothing will change their mind.
Trying to keep positive. It wasn't too far along so haven't spent much as chain wasn't complete. I'm not desperate to move, but was excited about moving. House I was buying is nice but not dream home and plenty of other houses to buy.
Hoping it sells again soon! Anyone else out there had buyer pull out recently? If so I'm really feeling your pain right now!
