Mortgage application fretting

Currently in the middle of a mortgage application.. valuation was done yesterday, but today they have requested another months bank statement (June just gone),
Once I sent this they said "hopefully this is the last thing that they require and if it is that I should receive an offer shortly"

Does this sound like although they asked for extra statements that things are going in the right direction?

That sounds absolutely fine and normal.

Totally normal. The solicitor will want them As well.

Another month has passed, they just want the up to date position.

It's taken 8 weeks to get to the "ready to offer" stage for me. They kept wanting more and more documents.

It's so stressful
