For £875K in Yorkshire I would want something with a lot more character and further away from the neighbours

I'm not a fan of new houses and the decor would put me off

If any one's interested this house finally sold for £750,000, a 100k+ less than what it was originally advertised at.

I know where the house is... It's a nice area but you can get nicer for the price!
