Selling home valuation

We are selling our home to first time buyers. They are using help to buy scheme so it's taken them a while to sort their mortgage with NatWest. They got this all approved about 3 weeks ago but we have still not been contacted to have a valuation report on our property from their mortgage company (NatWest).
Ours was done within a couple of days on the home we are purchasing so just a little concerned.
Can this be normal for some banks? Do they contact us direct or contact our solicitor/estate agent?
Thanks for any advice!

Contact your EA! Part of what you pay for in your fee is for them doing the leg work!

We arent first time buyers but last morrgage took a good 6 weeks to be sorted!

They have their mortgage all sorted they are just waiting on the bank to send a surveyor to value our house so it's completed. Searches and contracts are almost sorted from the solicitors so this is the main thing we are waiting for!
The estate agents have tried chasing things up but don't think they've got very far!
