Is this solid wood flooring?

How on earth do you tell the difference between all the different types of flooring? Can you tell just by looking? I know the flooring has not been changed in the last 15 years. If you CAN tell by a photo - please see below - otherwise would appreciate any advice on how to tell!

I would guess yes. Or at least it is actual wood.

The parquet looks like real wood. The second one does too though it could be engineered wood.

Both solid wood. The parquet is sold oak block- looks like 230mm x 70mm ? and the planks are solid oak strip - 70mm x random lengths. How do I know? My life is Flooring!
