Tenancy is solely in H's name; am I a tenant?

Just wondering this. Am I actually a tenant, if the tenancy is held only by my husband?

No. You are either a permitted occupant in which case your name will be on the agreement or you are not a permitted occupant in which case he is breaching the agreement
