Anyone From Nottingham - Trent Basin Development

I'm working abroad at the moment and back home in August. Am interested in the Trent Basin housing development. The houses look a bit more interesting than your average new build but am concerned about quality and the area.

Has anyone been to view?

I know people who live in the first houses that were built there and quality is good they are really happy in the houses. The estate where the new builds are is fine but they are in an area of Nottingham that has quite high crime rate- this redevelopment is part of trying to improve the area and it is working. The schools are all very good/outstanding in the area and results are improving each year.

Lovely views. I would look take a look at the government flood maps to see what the risk is and any mitigation that has been carried out.

icklekid thanks sound interesting. I'm not concerned about the schools as DS at uni but good to know the area is improving and the build quality is good.
