I am currently a slave to colour charts. Got to the painting stage of a house renovation and think I'm a narrow shade of white away from losing my mind.
I need to choose a white for my woodwork. It was hard enough choosing the bloody colours for walls, but trying to figure out a white has almost broken me
.
Colours I currently have are F&B skylight and mizzle, Laura Ashley pale duck egg and chalk blue. I've also got Dulux cotton white for part of the hall/landing and for a sitting area off the kitchen/diner mainly because I just couldn't be arsed any more and it looked clean and fresh. I'm now concerned it might be a bit stark. I have time to exchange it.
So basically, I'm looking for a woodwork white that doesn't look crap with the colours I've got. Any suggestions? And any suggestions for a wall white that might work better than cotton white? Possibly something softer.
